Programmer / Webmaster (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Our development team is responsible for the development and maintenance of our public websites as well our internal intranet. The best applicants will have strong PHP and MySQL skills with the ability to show off their prior work, preferably in an eCommerce environment. All applicants need to be able to “self-manage” through the full development life cycle from initial project conception to development, database development, and thorough testing.
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages: PHP, JAVA / AJAX, & MySQL
- Preferably have a PHD in computer science (although not essential).

Server Administrator (Part-Time)

Responsible for managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems. Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems. Serves as a front line interface to users with technical issues. Make recommendations for hardware and software purchases. Interacts with third technology vendors and internal database staff. Conducts systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technology. Duties may include installing new software, troubleshooting, granting permissions to applications and training users. May program in an administrative language (C, C++). Requires a solid understanding of Unix/NT based operating systems.

Designs and creates computer-based, web-based, or multimedia-based layouts related to the local search field, develops layout design and concept, selects and secures appropriate illustrative materials to be used, ensures consistency, accuracy and compliance with required standards. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently, ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms. Able to work within deadlines and schedules and to manage priorities and workloads. Willingness to learn emerging technologies. Demonstrated ability to handle direct customer interaction professionally. Strong written and verbal communications skill.

Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

In this position you will work directly with Software Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing teams. You will develop strategy and tactics for direct marketing programs, including planning the scope of campaigns, developing content, execution and measurement. You will be responsible for working with product marketing and other teams to build and maintain a stable of high value -calls to action-; from gomylocal listings to interactive tools such as online assessments, ROI calculators, etc. Must be willing to manage specific programs (tactical) while providing strategic insight. Develop and maintain detailed monthly and quarterly metrics reports of all lead generation programs, analyzing the key components of each campaign. Refine and develop improved business processes to increase lead conversation. Will also help with analysis of all relevant activity and reports. Focus on program based analytics and translate into strategies and tactical execution plans focused on better delivering to prospect/customer priorities and preferences in order to influence sales conversion.

Sales Manager (Full-Time and Part-Time)

The Sales Manager will handle independent contractors, marketing firms and work-at-home sales representatives with there full sales cycle of selling Gomylocal services and solutions. This includes creating an initial customer contact, solution selling, proposal development and final negotiations workflow. The Sales Manager will interact with senior client management such as CIO, CFO, VP of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and LOB Managers. The primary focus of the Sales Manager is to generate revenue through new business and grow the Gomylocal existing accounts footprint.
